This Privacy Policy explains how Feld Group LLC, doing business as Bluefer(“Bluefer,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Bluefer mobile app and our web service at hub.bluefer.com (together, the “Service”).

Bluefer is a business tool for medical spas and body-contouring clinics. Our customers are clinics; the Service is used by clinic owners and staff to track leads, appointments, and consultation outcomes for their own patients. It is not intended for the general public.

Information we collect

• Account information. The email address of clinic users, used to sign in via a one-time code.
• Clinic and patient records.Information that clinic staff enter or that flows in from a clinic’s connected systems — such as lead and appointment details, consultation outcomes, and related notes for that clinic’s own patients.
• Audio recordings. When a clinic user records an in-consultation session (with patient consent), we process the audio to generate a transcript for the clinic.
• Usage and device data. Basic logs and app/device information used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To transcribe consultation recordings at a clinic’s request.
• To provide customer support and communicate about the Service.
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

• Service providers.We use trusted vendors to run the Service — including cloud hosting, database and authentication, audio transcription, communications, and payment processing — who may process information on our behalf under contract.
• Your clinic. Data you enter is available to the authorized users of your clinic account.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
• Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Patient data and clinic responsibilities

Clinics use Bluefer to manage information about their own patients and clients. Each clinic is responsible for the information it enters and for obtaining any necessary consents — including consent to record consultations — and for providing its own patient-facing privacy notices. Bluefer processes this information on the clinic’s behalf.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it to operate the Service.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Consultation recordings are retained according to our operational retention schedule and may be deleted on request by the clinic.

Your choices

If you are a clinic user, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. If you are a patient of a clinic, please contact that clinic directly, as it controls its own patient records; we will assist the clinic with such requests.

Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
